Mocha Java is the worlds first and most famous coffee blend. As with any blend, everything depends on the type and quality of the coffees used. In this case we use a blend of Old Brown Java which is an aged coffee, to give body and depth, plus an Ethiopian natural/dry processed coffee for complexity of flavour. The result is a delicious full bodied coffee with bittersweet chocolate over tones on top of rich and complex fruity winy flavours. This coffee is roasted on the dark side.
