A lighter tasting espresso. We wanted something lighter and brighter for spring and came up with this one!
A little like our espresso blend but lighter! Not necessarily in roast but in the depth of flavour. As its first introduction was around the time of the Vernal Equinox, our friend and long term customer, Gareth, suggested the name!
The coffees in this are Guatemalan and Ethiopian. I think it makes a gorgeous espresso, sweet and chocolaty with a citrus twist. It goes really well with milk too and is a favourite blend for the team at Espresso Cafe in Moor Street and Dorridge railway station cafes.
Great Taste Awards gave it a Gold Star in 2017.
