If your order from Monsoon Estates Coffee is not up to the standard you expect or has arrived damaged please return it to us within 7 days and we will refund the amount paid or simply supply a suitable replacement of similar value.
Subscriptions
Our subscription coffees are coffees that we generally expect to have in stock however where goods are unavailable, Monsoon Estates will provide an alternative as replacement or offer a full refund.
Consistancy
Coffee is a natural product subject to variable growing conditions which may in turn lead to small differences in the bean characteristics from one year to the next and even from one plantation to another. Here at Monsoon Estates we do everything we can to maintain consistancy in the coffee we supply however slight variation is a natural part of the product.
